Absolutely! We provide 32 round tables, 12 banquet tables, 4 cocktail tables, 320 chiavari chairs and 200 white resin chairs. All tables and chairs are included in the rental price.
All bar services are provided by Beyond Bartending and Corn & Rye. Your bar package is a separate fee from your venue rental fee and damage deposit.
You’re welcome to choose a professional wedding and event caterer of your choice! We do not allow homemade food of any kind. The caterer you choose must be an insured, licensed business.
You have access to the property from 10am-12am. We ask that celebrations end promptly at 11pm to allow time for you to clean up your personal items and decorations before the rental period ends at 12am.
Balmorhea Events will give access to the venue the day before – as long as there isn’t an event booked that day – for one hour to utilize the space for set up and rehearsal.
Flammable liquid (sterno heat is approved), confetti or loose glitter of any size, rice, silly string, fake snow and bird seed are décor items that are not allowed at Balmorhea Events.
Yes, our Damage Deposit is $1000. It is a separate fee from your venue rental fee. The Damage Deposit is fully refundable according to the provisions in your contract.
Balmorhea Events staff breaks down all tables, chairs and performs the final cleaning. You are required to clean up and collect your décor, rented décor and personal items. You will also be responsible for ensuring you have a caterer or assigned group of people to clear all dishes, food and trash from your tables so you can collect table linens. Balmorhea Events does not provide table clearing services, but we’re happy to help you grab your linens, centerpieces, etc. once tables have been cleared of trash, food and dinnerware.
